There 4th of July would not be complete without the good ole' folks at Weber-Stephens Products Co, manufacturers of Weber Grills. It all started way back in the year nineteen hundred and fifty-two. George Stephen, a fine American of the Weber Brothers Metal Works, was inspired while welding together a buoy for our very own Coast Guard. The Weber grill was born. Nearly three score later, this fine establishment employs over 1,000 workers in the great prairie state itself, Illinois. All this here talk about grills is making my belly empty, support the good folks at Weber, for Uncle Sam's sake.
